I am a sole-trader who specialises in looking after Small to Medium Enterprises computing needs, and more recently, telecommunications needs.

I have a dedicated server room where I can host simple web sites and mailboxes for businesses that neither have the need to run their own server, nor wish to pay premium prices to big data centres.

I also have the advantage over data centres in that I can offer full Outlook hosting, such that your email, calendar, contacts, public folders are stored on my server, and you can access any of that data from a remote Internet café, or share your calendar / contacts data with a personal assistant - you can’t do that with a normal POP3 Internet Service Provider - normally requiring your own dedicated onsite Exchange server.

I also can recommend and set up Internet connections for Business or Home users, and can recommend cost-saving Telephone options without losing the reliability of Telstra’s infrastructure.

 

My main specialty however is service agreements - just like you will regularly have your car serviced before it fails on you, I can regularly service your computers on a fortnightly / monthly / quarterly basis - depending on the size of your business.

Experience has shown a maintenance agreement pays for itself - the investment put into maintaining your network is less that the cost of avoidable downtime should critical systems fail.
